I’ve spent the majority of my career working in PR, communications and marketing — helping businesses, leaders and organisations shape their message, build credibility and navigate moments of growth, change and visibility.

Over time, I noticed something consistent:
even the strongest strategy would stall if the person behind it was stuck in self-doubt, overwhelm or fear of being seen.

That observation led me to expand my work beyond strategy alone. Alongside communications consulting, I trained in coaching and behavioural frameworks to better understand the patterns that influence confidence, decision-making and leadership.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of strategy and self-leadership — because real progress happens when clarity and confidence move together.
